What are your prices?

Prices vary depending on service. We offer many services here at Ascending Technologies, Inc. The most common services happen to be “On-Site Service Call” (We come to you.) and “In-Store” (You come to us).

On-Site services are $77 an hour. We do not charge a fee for driving to your location, as long as it’s located within the city limits of Laredo,TX. Service calls come in on a daily basis and are added to the queue accordingly. If you consider your issue more urgent, we have an Emergency Service Call fee of $115 per hour.

In-Store Services are priced depending on the work that needs to be done and the parts that are needed. We will troubleshoot and diagnose your PC then give you a call with the services needed and price estimate at that time. If you choose not to continue with the repair, we charge a flat Diagnostics fee of $35. [Computers not being worked on will need to be picked up, otherwise they will incurr an ongoing storage fee.]

What is the status of my computer?

This question usually pertains to our In-Store service department. At times our computers become our life line. We simply can not function without them. We understand the urgency of getting your personal or work computer working properly. Although we recognize the severity of the situation, we work on a first come – first serve basis in this area as well. If you simply can’t afford to wait our usual wait times, we do offer an emergency service for an additional fee. Contact our In-store technicians for any further help @ 956-725-2654.

My Service Technician has not arrived. When will they get here?

Our service technicians are on call throughout the day. They are appointed to service calls on a first-come, first-serve basis. We understand our clients are anxious to get their repairs fixed in a timely manner. We know that getting our technicians to arrive quickly is extremely important. This is why our service department will inform our clients once our technicians are headed over to their home or place of business. If the situation is an absolute emergency, and you’d like to be placed ahead of any other service calls; we do offer emergency services for an additional fee.

Do you remove any harmful viruses from my computer?

Absolutely. We remove and help contain the spread of Viruses on your computer. The turnaround time for Virus Removal varies due to the amount of infection or damage that needs to be repaired.

We are located on 602 E. Calton Rd. Suite #1

If your headed towards I-35 from McPherson Rd. our building will be two blocks after turning right onto Calton Rd. We are next to the Cigarroa Medical Center, on the right hand side of Calton Rd.

If you are headed towards McPherson Rd. from I-35 , we will be located two blocks after passing Springfield Ave. We are next to the Cigarroa Medical center, on the left hand side of Calton Rd.
